Part of the Public Services Innovation and Best Practice Network

How can we improve policy making and delivery through better use of technology, including social media? How can we ensure that the key changes taking place in government procurement and programme management are widely adopted? What will be the real implications of the Civil Service Reform Plan?

Established originally in 2004 to address the adoption of shared services in Whitehall, the Central Government Programme brings together senior civil servants with leaders in the service provider sector to address the key issues in public sector reform, to the benefit of all participants and the wider UK public services.
