The core of the programmes, these half day sessions focus on the timely, critical themes in reform that are relevant to guests. BPGs are hosted by public and private sector participants and occur regularly in a professionally facilitated environment, under the Chatham House rule.
Participants benefit from a regular opportunity to access innovations and best practices from the public, private and third sectors to inform their strategic and operational plans, to compare investment and programme performance and to learn from the experience, successes and failures of others. BPGs generate a rich level of insight that is only available through face to face engagement with facilitated, Director level groups.
Participants enjoy regular, focused conversations on key leadership and transformation themes, accessing an ongoing and invaluable source of best practice wisdom and new, innovative case studies.
BPG outputs include a summary of the key conclusions and main points addressed, circulated to a wide public services readership.
