Supply Chain and Procurement thought leadership lunch

Guideline Development Group ‘A new framework for risk management in supply chain and procurement’. Working towards the publication of the network’s latest guideline (to be launched on 18th March 2010), this session was hosted by the lead author, PA Consulting, and attracted 20+ experts in the field.  Participants explored a new risk maturity model and the critical success factors involved in the new framework – whilst acknowledging that risk is not necessarily a bad thing.
