Best Practice Groups (BPGs)

The core of the programme, these half day sessions focus on the timely, business critical themes that are relevant to our members. BPGs are hosted by programme members and occur regularly in a professionally facilitated environment, under the Chatham House rule.

Members benefit from a regular opportunity to benchmark their strategic and operational plans, to compare investment and programme performance and to learn from the successes and failures of others.

BPGs generate a rich level of insight that is only available through face to face engagement with intimate Director level groups. Participants enjoy regular, structured conversations on their key leadership and transformation themes; accessing an ongoing and invaluable source of best practice wisdom and new opportunities for performance improvement.

BPG outputs include a summary of the main points addressed, circulated to our extended network once endorsed by members.
